🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Glow Up Mart

At Glow Up Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.


Eligible Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The item you received is incomplete


📦 Return Conditions

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns are not accepted for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.


🚚 How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number, a photo of the item, and reason for return

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process


💸 Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

  • Refunds are only issued after the returned item is received and inspected.


🔁 Exchange Option

If you prefer, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund (if the item is in stock).


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used beauty or personal care products

  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective)

  • Custom or special-order products
